Primary & secondary amenorrhoea of long duration, metropathia haemorrhagica, menorrhagia, dysmenorrhoea, polymenorrhoea, premenstrual syndrome. Female subfertility, endometriosis. Timing of menstruation. As contraceptive drug.

Adults: Endometriosis: Starting 5th day of cycle 5mg twice daily, increasing upto 10mg twice daily in case of spotting.
DUB: 5mg 3 times daily for 10 days.
Timing of menstruation: 5mg 3 times daily for not more than 10-14 days, beginning about 3 days before expected menstruation.
